Frequently Asked Questions

Before You Reach Out

Quick answers to the questions we hear most from people contacting us for the first time.

How quickly will I get a response after submitting the form? +
We aim to respond to all quote requests within 2 hours during business hours (Monday - Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM, and Saturday, 9:00 AM - 3:00 PM). Requests submitted outside these hours are answered first thing the next business day.
Do I need to know the exact quantity before contacting you? +
Not at all. A rough estimate — such as "around 50 computers" or "a few boxes of X-ray film" — is enough for us to provide an initial quote and collection plan. We can refine the details once we're on site or once you drop off your items.
Can I drop off items without booking a collection first? +
Yes, small quantities can be dropped off directly at our facility at 6 Knights Road, Germiston during business hours — no appointment required. For larger or scheduled drop-offs, a quick call ahead helps our team prepare for you.
Is there a call-out fee for bulk collections? +
No, collection for bulk quantities is completely free across South Africa. Simply fill out the form with your estimated quantity and location, and we'll arrange a convenient collection time at no cost to you.
